1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Curator by Outlier platform ("Platform"), operated by Outlier Creative Agency ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Curator by Outlier is a creative agency management platform that provides content management, media planning, video project coordination, analytics reporting, and client collaboration tools.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you and your authorized users.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Meta, Google, Slack, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlier Creative Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
