How to request deletion of your data from Curator by Outlier
How to Delete Your Data
If you want to delete your data from the Curator by Outlier platform, you have several options:
Option 1: Delete from Within the Platform
- Log in to your account at outliercreativecurator.com
- Navigate to Settings
- Under Integrations, click Disconnect on any connected platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to revoke access and remove stored tokens
- Contact your agency administrator to request full account deletion
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@outliercreativecurator.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
- Your name and organization
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently delete:
- Your user account and profile information
- All OAuth tokens and integration connections
- Content you personally created or uploaded
- Comments and annotations you made
- Analytics data fetched on your behalf from connected platforms
Data We May Retain
We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
- Records required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
- Backup copies for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are automatically purged
Facebook / Instagram Data
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Curator by Outlier and wish to remove the data we received from Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites
- Find Curator by Outlier and click Remove
- This revokes our access immediately
- Then email us at privacy@outliercreativecurator.com to confirm deletion of any data we already stored
